Windows 11 introduces Widgets as a built‑in feature that provides quick access to News, Weather, Calendar and other personalized contents. While useful for some users, Widgets can be unnecessary or undesirable in professional, performance‑sensitive, or privacy‑focused environments. This article explains a clear, practical guide to fully uninstall Widgets in Windows 11 (not just hiding them).
Windows does not provide a built-in “Uninstall” button for Widgets. However, they are tied to the Windows Web Experience Pack. Removing this package removes Widgets completely.

Copy and enter the command below into the interface of PowerShell:
Get-AppxPackage *WebExperience* | Remove-AppxPackage

Your Widgets should now be removed along with the Web Experience Pack on your Windows 11. By following these steps, you can enjoy a cleaner and more controlled desktop experience.
